Owner, Verlon Wulf, explains, “Everything starts and ends with the customer… if they have a good experience with our services, then we succeed. Our entire company works hard to make our customers’ experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Since taking over the company, Verlon has grown the company from 1 million in revenue to over 8 million in 2007. Located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, Carolina Cool always tries to stay one step ahead of the game in terms of diversity of service offerings. Friends in Verlon’s networking chapter of BNI continuously joke about “when he will start up yet another relevant, new division.” A few years ago, the company introduced the Carolina Clean Air division, which provides crawl-space encapsulation services to help customers solve the problems of residential and commercial wood rot and mold growth.
